| Abstract. | The building branch, as well as other branches of a national economy, has considerably felt on itself consequences of world crisis. Housing construction is in a condition of system crisis. At the moment time there was a good situation for creation and realization of the scale housing project which should become the tool for the decision of housing problems of the population. Formation of innovative directions which would allow to make accessible habitation for the population of Russia is necessary. |
