| Abstract. | The world economic crisis has visually shown destructive property of impetuous growth of the speculative making price of end production, in particular, in the market of building services. Danger of impetuous growth consists that this process creates obvious threat for economy of all country as after «collapse» of the market of habitation process of a mass non-return of extra means is started. In turn, it leads to that credit institutions start to incur enormous losses owing to absence of possibility of realization of aloof mortgaging property at the initial price. As a result, to credit institutions remains nothing how to start process of radical toughening of requirements to new borrowers, and sometimes and «old». However this sort of policy in itself provokes activity decrease in the habitation market that leads to the next coil of reduction of prices and growth of a speculative component. |
