Abstract. | The article describes the features of personnel management in construction companies. In modern conditions of market economy the increasing competitive among construction companies. At the same time personnel management as one of the factors of competitiveness has not enough importance. Often in construction companies used traditional methods of human resource management. Although this process requires an individual approach, taking into account the intellectual, psycho-physiological, professional qualities and abilities of employees, and specific features of construction industry. Successful activity of any organization is largely determined by the quality level of management of human resources capacity. Thus human resources capacity is seen as skills of employees, which can be used to improve the effectiveness of the organization for the purpose of obtaining profit or achieving social effect. Features of the construction industry, affecting the efficiency of personnel management system in construction organizations are also described in this article. The most common problems of personnel management in the construction include the limitations of methods of personnel evaluation, the diffusion of the practice of hiring temporary workers, and the consequent decline in the prestige of the profession. The article might be interesting to the students, masters, postgraduate students educated in Economics, as well as to specialists in human resource management in construction organizations. |
