| Abstract. | Main customer requirements applicable to the design and estimate documentation for linear objects, based on three pillars: quality, time and price. Mutually beneficial contractual relationship between the customer and the project organization be sure to stipulate these requirements. Compliance helps to strengthen the competitive position and the status of the project organization. In todays market conditions, along with «classic requirements» of the customer, new requirements for the quality and content of the design and estimate documentation. Among them – evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project as a part of design and estimate documentation. Substantiation of efficiency of investment projects in construction is an important undertaking pre-investment phase of the project life cycle. The presence in the specifications of the customer requirement to substantiate the effectiveness of the project generates a current interest in design organizations in the subject. The article defines the efficiency of the investment project is a set of measures to support the effectiveness and feasibility of the investment project, recommended for practical use. These measures will reduce the time to build the structure of the work on the development of the volume «The economic substantiation of investments» and constructively to justify investment in the project, in particular, the implementation of a linear object. |
