Title of the article | Operation of overhead crane tracks in enterprises the construction industry |
Abstract. | In the construction industry, namely in plants for the production of building materials, structures and products widely operating hoisting equipment (bridge cranes) are designed for lifting and moving loads inside plants and storage of finished products. Operation of lifting equipment in a safe mode as well, the duration of their services mainly depends on the technical condition of crane structures. As a rule, many enterprises lack of project documentation in the crane design. In this regard, there is a need to «restore» the technical documentation on crane structures, one of which is «the project crane path». When the «restoration» project documentation for the crane design is necessary to perform complex work related to inspection of supporting structures, the main component of which is the visual examination, including external examination of the structures, as well as detailed examination and instrumental inspection of technical condition of elements and components, their measurement, and surveying the actual situation of the investigated structures. In this case it is advisable to combine the work of experts, producing a comprehensive examination of the crane structures, assessment of their technical state, design engineers, as well as the specialized certified laboratories to determine the characteristics of the materials from which made the main elements of the crane structures. The result of this work is the design documentation for crane way. |
