| Abstract. | The basic and additional indicators of economic and ecological efficiency of power saving up projects are analyzed. The power savings potential in the ratio with expenses for its realization is considered. From realization of actions for the power savings and the analysis of stability of the power saving up project the estimation of social effect is resulted in changes of an economic situation. |
