| Abstract. | It is correct to consider relationship of participants of investment process as difficult probabilistic system. The purpose of functioning of system – timely input of objects in operation, and its elements are the relationship developing between certain participants of an investment cycle. Functioning of system of relationship between them in each timepoint depends on a lot of quantity of random factors, therefore follows probabilistic character of its. Relationship between participants of investment process demands regulation. It is necessary the perfect legal basis for this purpose. Ways of strengthening of contractual discipline consists in an accurate regulation of the rights and duties in normative documents, in increase of a role and strengthening of responsibility of legal service of participants of construction in the course of preparation, the conclusion of contracts and control of their execution, in creation of conditions for competent registration of violations of contractual obligations, and also in the accounting of real losses as a result of failures of contractual conditions. |
