| Abstract. | The urgency of subjects of research consists that modern building equipment represents the difficult technical systems equipped with hydroficated power drives and a control system with the modern electronic equipment on the basis of microprocessor techniques, providing automation of performance of technological operations in building processes. There is a contradiction between necessity of providing the high quality of development of building equipment subject within the limited class hours and absence of methodical basesт and experience of carrying out classes in this subject. With a view of the decision of this problem was offered and checked up experimentally the technique of the functional-structural approach to the analysis and synthesis of building equipment as difficult technical systems on chair «Building manufacture and geotechnics» of Perm national research polytechnic university. Article is devoted to research of results of pedagogical experiment on studying building equipment with application of a new teaching technique on the basis of the functional-structural approach to the analysis and synthesis of building equipment as difficult technical systems. Skilled-experimental work is executed during an academic year with attraction of experimental and control educational groups. Pedagogical experiments are executed on the basis of the general empirical method of research at which processes and occurences were studied in strictly controllable and operated conditions. The new technique of training is used as the explanatory variable, and as dependent variables knowledges, skills are used. |
