| Abstract. | Researches of properties of the loamy priming coats strengthened by cement modified by stabilizers «Nanostab» and «ANT» are conducted. On the basis of the analysis of the received results structures of the modified staked priming coats are defined. Designs of rural highways are developed and economic efficiency of their device is calculated. |
