| Title of the article | Human capital as a factor of innovation |
| Abstract. | This paper is a more focused approach to the key factors affecting human capital and innovative activity. The linkage between innovative activity and Human Capital has been found within the works of foreign researchers. Key trends and tendencies in the Human Capital management are studied. We have analyzed Human Capital development as one of the main priorities of EU Horizon and FP7 implementation. Despite the active participation of our scientists in the common international research projects the mechanism of commercialization is still a weak point in our opinion. We believe that game simulation and development becomes an effective tool in the training process. The impact of a creative approach to innovation has been observed as a part of the Bachelors training in KSUAE. The proposed training fosters creativity and stimulates creative thinking. The purpose of the training is to identify the speed of decision making and to stimulate creative thinking in students. The results of proactive modeling are discussed in the article. |
