| Abstract. | This paper discusses the conceptual basis for forming personal jurisdiction the road user. In this pedagogical concept is becoming a leading model of the standard «preparation for safe living in the transport process». This model of life should include a study of the laws of traffic safety, traffic rules, safety regulations for transport, as well as training law-abiding and safe behaviors in the transport process in the light of cooperation and interaction between actors in ensuring not only their safety but the safety of others. |
