| Abstract. | The paper studied the institutional aspects of regional economic development, problems of investment of pension assets of institutional investors, pension services market in the construction sector of the regional economy. Investing pension assets related to the construction of high-risk assets for several reasons. In our opinion, a lack of transparency level of project management throughout the entire life cycle of the facility construction, and the unpredictability of the results of the implementation of the investment project are the main reasons and causes fair cautious institutional investors. To increase the attractiveness of the construction industry offered economic mechanism of simultaneous use in the process of building information modeling technology of construction projects and construction of standardized contracts. As a result of the proposed model may reduce market risks and liquidity risks for institutional investors, increasing the share of private investment in the construction of regional facilities for different purposes for the sustainable development of the regional economy. |
