Title of the article | Problem-analytical system of internship-oriented training on condition of thrifty production |
Abstract. | The characteristic of lean production as the most efficient and reliable way for an enterprise to increase its competitiveness is regarded in this article. The only way to realize this kind of production lies in reduction of losses, training of personnel at corporate training. Corporate training of personnel of the lean production should be based upon scientifically grounded syllabus and adequate methods of training. At the heart of the personnel training on condition of lean production may lie the problem-analytical system of S. Baryshev which allows taking into consideration contemporary approaches to vocational training. The system is grounded upon the analysis of required competences and functions that employee perform at enterprise. The possibility of adaptation of problem-oriented system of training of S. Baryshev to corporate training of personnel, which is aimed at lean production on condition of competence approach of education, is showed. The algorithm of corporate education at a certain production process is presented. The sequent three periods of person-oriented training are focused on. Thriftiness, while person-oriented approach is applied, is concretized to the aggregate of creativity and personal features of an employee. The requirements, to teaching media on condition that the approach would be applied, are formulated. The level of development of the competences is defined during the study of the case that includes stages of: planning, observation, noticing of certain features, differentiation, systematization, generalization of data and other ways of intellectual activity. The formation of knowledge, skills and competences is realized in the process of work activity directly at enterprises. |
