| Title of the article | Geo-environmental factors and norms of accumulation of municipal solid waste |
| Abstract. | Geo-environmental factors and norms of accumulation of municipal solid waste are considered, tendencies of change of norms of accumulation of municipal solid waste on the basis of the analysis of growth of volumes of accumulation of waste in inhabited sector and free-standing buildings of public appointment are defined. It is established that the increase in expected data of academy of municipal services of K.D. Pamfilov takes place. It is established also that the morphological players thus are changed towards increase in the content of paper, a cardboard and plastic in a total amount of municipal solid waste. Experience shows that over time, the composition of municipal solid waste varies somewhat, increasing the content of the paper, polymeric materials. With the switch to district heating in major cities of Russia sharply reduced content of municipal solid waste and coal ash. Volumes of waste accumulation and morphological composition suggested expansion of infrastructure of waste sorting and waste treatment facilities, increasing the number of polygons of the deposit of waste in the municipal Voronezh in order to reduce transportation costs, the development of an optimal technology for processing municipal solid waste and cost-based recycling system. |
