| Abstract. | Research of a condition of historical buildings on an example of a city of Moscow and Kazan is carried out, are resulted the reasons of their disappearance. The complex approach to the decision of the given problem is offered. As the variant it is considered possibility of carrying over of buildings with reference to a city of Kazan or change of buildings on the new bases in case of impossibility of preservation of their geological environment. |
