| Title of the article | Realization of competence-based approach in preparation of professional education teachers for building branch |
| Abstract. | The analysis of model of the competency approach in training of students of a speciality «Teacher of professional education» for building branch is carried out. The model of the competency approach of preparation of the expert was created with application of principles of dual system of a professional training. The maintenance of development cycles of model of the expert is considered: planning, formation of competence, correction of the generated competence. Realization of offered model of the competency approach in the course of training of teachers of vocational training for building branch is an actual problem as set generated competence allows the future expert to carry out successfully the professional functions and to be a demanded modern labor market. Formation of professional competence occurs in the course of passage of various kinds an expert. Educational consultation center experience on technologies «KNAUF» of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering with the students trained on a speciality «Professional education (building, assembly and it is repair – building technologies)» is considered. |
