Abstract. | Economic and mathematical model of facility location encompasses the entire system of correspondence include quarry – the base raw material processing – database storage of road building material – the temporary storage – construction projects . Depending on the geographic location of the primary and final part of the production facilities of passage stages of construction material varies. In general, the mathematical modeling of the location of enterprises considered as an n-dimensional object system. In the simulation of the production process are taken into account power pits opportunities in refinery feedstock, the maximum load on the bases of storage and the need for road-building materials on construction sites. Economic and mathematical model contains an objective function that minimizes the sum of capital, operating and transportation costs for the use of road-building material. The nonlinear dependence of capital and operating costs of production resulting from the model to the problems of nonlinear programming. Restrictions are used in the problem, are linear. This economic-mathematical model is suitable for the consideration of any building materials used in the manufacture of road. It is important that the simulation was considered a homogeneous product placement. |
