Abstract. | The author conducted research technology installation and replacement of walls and concrete slabs of buildings with major repairs or reconstruction of power plants in operation. Identified technological possibility and sphere of application technological solutions. The new technology of installation without using a crane. A technological installation system «Lakra-1» and «Lakra-2» replacement panels and slabs of the building thermal power plants. To analyze the effectiveness of the proposed technology installation without crane determined the total cost of works for various technologies installation and removal of elements of industrial buildings using different sets of machinery, determined in accordance with applicable regulations and labor cost of assembling and dismantling. The comparison of technical and economic parameters. According to the research proved that the using new technology in the reconstruction of thermal power installation in the operating plant on average reduces the total cost by 52 % and labor costs by 32 % as compared to existing technologies replace the building envelope. |
