| Abstract. | Background research is the need for transition of the Russian economy to an innovative way of development. The object of scientific study was chosen to create and commercialize innovations, as well as existing mechanisms for its implementation. The author believes, to identify key problems and take appropriate measures to address them, the Russian economy is able to integrate into the global ecosystem of innovation. In this paper, the author analyzed the process of commercialization of innovations in Russia, successful foreign practices and made suggestions to optimize the mechanisms of creation and innovation. Particular attention was paid to the analysis and mechanisms for building a modern innovation ecosystems, in which the active and equal participants are leaders of business, government and science. |
