Abstract. | Property complex – category first of all reproductive. It is important to create at the enterprise level an effective mechanism for the management of the property in order to obtain the maximum possible size of the profit. Property complex, in the opinion of many scientists, correctly priced, in modern conditions can be guarantee to attract investments from the outside, and can today be regarded as investment resource. An important element of the property complex of construction enterprises is a real estate and land plots. It is a powerful economic resource, which is used extremely inefficiently and economic potential of which in our country is underestimated. The main approaches to the assessment of the market value and the real estate market tendencies, based on practical calculations. |
