| Abstract. | Problem statement. The purpose of the study is to identify the typology of multifunctional profitable complexes and buildings by the predominance of certain internal functions in them in the second half of the XIX-early XX century and to determine its impact on the space-planning solution of objects. Results. The main results of the study are that the typology of multifunctional profitable buildings of Kazan depending on the adaptation and functional purpose of the internal areas of the objects, as well as features of space-planning solutions. Conclusions. The significance of the results for architecture is that this research allowed for the first time to make a typology of functional filling of multifunctional profitable buildings of the late XIX-early XX century in Kazan. |
