| Abstract. | This article is devoted to research interpretations of architecture 1930-1950 in Russian historiography. Emphasis is placed on the terms and concepts that describe Stalinist architecture. It is shown that the « field distribution» of concepts Soviet neoclassicism ranging from the «Stalinist Empire» and «proletarian classic» to historicism, the concept of mutually exclusive of each other. |
