| Abstract. | To build innovative economy requires the creation of the necessary conditions for the formation of high-tech industry, which will be the base of intellectual property. At present, enterprises are increasingly focused on the acquisition and use of intangible assets. Implementation of innovative projects based on effective management of the results of intellectual activity and requires no special training necessary personnel: managers with expertise in financial and management innovation, tax law, accounting, valuation activities and other related fields. Notion of an effective intellectual property management involves ensuring an appropriate balance between the costs of creation, preservation and protection, as well as the implementation of the results of intellectual activity to obtain benefits from its use. Each enterprise is required to develop an individual management strategy that takes into account all the features of the company, provide the proper level of protection of exclusive rights to intellectual property with a minimum of cost and opened the prospects of development in order to maximize benefits. Currently in the international practice in the market of high technology products becomes increasingly common use of competitive advantages, which are obtained from the use of the enterprise and the ownership of intellectual property. |
