Abstract. | The problem of ensuring the safety of human existence is to discharge all the major countries of the world. In the Russian Federation realization of priority tasks of ensuring the safety of human existence, his life laid down in the Constitution of the Russian Federation and supported by the active introduction of a number of federal laws technical content, and the development in the direction of human security and the environment. However, the obvious is the fact that the level of financing of security measures in general, determined by the economic condition of the country. In this regard, we can say that in solving the problem raising the level of electrical safety in residential buildings must be taken not the pioneer solutions that are at once instantly qualitatively raise the bar of safety. Even the translation of electric networks to the grounding system TN-C voltage 380/220 V with earthing system TN-S or TN-C-S in any region of the country, I think, is a task almost impossible. This follows from the fact that the residential development of forty-fifty years ago provided nets to the grounding system TN-C, which are now in need of at least a complete redesign. Difficulties in ensuring the electrical safety in the homes of old buildings, are predetermined by the fact that when the overhaul of the building for the supply of electricity to consumers takes you to the network earthing system TN-C-S, and the wiring installation in apartments, made earlier in the construction of the building remains in the old version for network grounding system TN-C. |
