Abstract. | In modern conditions, the implementation of the priority housing is an important part of the social policy of the country, should become an important direction of stabilization of social relations, increase quality of life, improve the effectiveness of social and economic policy in solving the problems of housing affordability for the population at the regional level. Thus, the deepening of the economic crisis the country has a negative impact on the functioning of the investment process as a whole. The financial situation of the enterprises of the building complex unstable. The irregularity of receipt of funds leads to an increase of arrears of wages to employees of enterprises deteriorates the calculations for the supplied material and technical resources. This suggests that housing must constantly work to crisis management. At the same time, the construction industry is a kind of engine of economic growth, so the program of state support of the market housing loans should not only increase the availability of credit to the public, but also to support the building complex in the current economic situation. Develop measures have the same goal – to stabilize the mortgage market. |
