Title of the article | The introduction of innovative resource-saving technologies in the construction industry |
Abstract. | Globally, the construction of a large number of properties, designed and built in line with the concepts of energy efficient and environmentally friendly technologies. In russian segment gradually formed a «green» building, started the process of accumulation of experience in the design and construction of buildings and integrated development through innovative resource-saving technologies. Among the trends and technologies that characterize modern building practice in the concept of resource, cost of computer mathematical modeling of the building as a unified energy system, space-planning solutions with the maximum use of natural insolation unique engineering solutions for energy supply of the building, the cyclical use of water, green roof and intellectualization in building. Reduce energy consumption in Russia by 40 % by 2020 is not possible or by increasing the thermal performance envelope or through the renovation of traditional air conditioning systems. Achieving the highest effect in the economy of resources is possible only with an integrated approach to the design and construction activities. The development of resource-saving technologies in russian construction sector is limited to social, political and economic factors. This is an acute shortage of specialists, a low level of awareness and interest of the public, the lack of an effective system of incentives from the state, restrictions on financing energy efficiency projects. This paper proposes a number of recommendations to address the identified problems. |
