| Abstract. | Considering an economic situation in Russia, the complex approach to maintenance of an innovative way of development of the country is necessary. In these purposes it is necessary to use the modern financial tools and mechanisms for attraction in hi-tech sphere of economy of the off-budget investments one of which is venture investment. In article development of venture investment of innovative activity and the organizational-economic mechanism of its realization is considered. The offered forms will promote formation of the economic-legal environment favorable for functioning of the venture capital and development of small innovative business, maintenance of qualitative economic growth of the country. |
