| Abstract. | The results of analising the influence of various factors on cement systems properties including at defferent stages of concretion are proposed. Necessity and technological reception of receipt of concretes and mortar with single optimum correlation water/binder is shown. The decisions for getting concrete with guaranteed and stable level of properties are offered. |
