Abstract. | A key socio-economic role in the stabilization of the contemporary Russian society performs the solution of the housing problem. Housing development is characterized by the pace of construction, budget cuts and the increase in the share of extrabudgetary resources. The main source of funds for the improvement of housing conditions, become the savings of citizens and bank loans. Today, among the priorities of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation is the formation of the market of affordable housing. The solution to this problem is achieved by increasing demand through various credit mechanisms and State support. The housing problem is a major task of development management of housing and an integral part of overall structural reforms, one of the priorities of State social and economic policy, part of which is the housing policy. Increased investment and construction activities, contributing to the increase in housing construction and stimulating demand, will certainly have an impact on increasing the affordability of housing. Thus, the key areas of housing development for the nearest future are defined: to ensure the affordability of housing, housing economy, development of financial mechanisms and new forms of housing management. The significance of the building complex in the economy of a country is determined by its role in the development and upgrading of the technological capacity of all branches. The main objectives of the development of industrial and technical capacity of the economy is to ensure the availability of land for potential investors through the establishment of coherent and transparent land administration system, modernization of material and technical base of the building, increase the production of building materials and the development of local raw materials. Thus, priority areas for housing development, in General, form the point of growth of the economy and allow you to evaluate the development of the market of affordable housing. |
