| Abstract. | The issue analyzes the possibility of discipline «Psychology of social interaction» for the development of common cultural competence in training bachelors in «Construction», provided by the Federal state educational standard of higher education. Psychology of social interaction is a section of social psychology, studying psychological aspects of social exchange actions between two or more people. As an educational discipline, it includes the study of the history of psychology, the main directions of national and foreign psychology, socio-psychological problems of personality and communication, basics of team and role interaction, organizational behavior and management, strategies of conflict behavior. The structure of discipline «Psychology of social interaction», presented by the authors, includes themes and topics which are formulated in such a way that psychological knowledge have social and professional context. This structure shows its potential for the development of common cultural competencies of students associated with the formation of socio-professional worldview, resolution of situations in professional interaction, self-development and self-improvement. Themes and modern educational technologies used in this course have a positive impact on the development of professional mentality future engineer of the construction industry, students' motivation to work, the development of their social responsibility for their future profession and understanding of its role for the development of society. |
