Title of the article | Determination of bearing capacity of the strengthened loaded structures taking into account of mounting stress |
Abstract. | In the article the variation method is presented to calculate the stress-strain state of structures strengthening without withdrawal from the exploitation. This method allows to take into account features such as a change in cross-sectional dimensions of the beam and the additional consequential loading on construction, the imposition of the stress caused by various factors, including technological. At the problem solution, it is assumed that in the strengthened structures occur onle elastic deformations. Calculation of stress-strain state of strengthened structure consists of the following stages: – Determine the stress-strain state (repair stress and deformation) of the initial elastic beam system under the action of repair loadings. – Taking into account the repair forces availability of stresses and deformations, mounting forces are calculated. – Finding of mounting stress values taking into account action of repair loadings and mounting forces. – In the design scheme introduces additional beam elements, modeling real connection are pressed together beams by bolts. – Determine the stress-strain state of the structure, after strengthening, at the action of operational loadings, taking into account the repair and mounting stresses, attach additional elements. Based on the described methodology a computer program is composed. It allows you to simulate the strengthened structure and determine its stress-strain state at various stages of considering the deformation and stress during the current action of strengthening. Reliability and high accuracy of calculations on this program established by comparing the results with the data of test examples and solution problems, which were obtained by other methods. |
