| Title of the article | On the development of structure of model of cluster management of educational system in higher education institutions |
| Abstract. | The perfect professional education system is possible only with the bringing all efforts of such educational institutions as primary, secondary and higher ones and also customers of these educational institutions. Scientific-educational cluster is the only formation that makes substantial interrelation between education, science and production. Such formation makes a specialist that can adapt to briefly-changing conditions of professional activities. Scientific-educational cluster is regarded as important feature of university. The innovative infrastructure of a university is a crucial condition of university and region development and, as a result the development of the whole innovation in Russia. Therefore it needs a new system of management – the cluster-based one. The cluster-based management is regarded as a specific activity which implies design of organization, normalizing and development of various but closely connected objects. The management activity makes continuity and subsequence of the education within educational system as well as interactivity its strata. It is the continuity provision activity that regulates as a mechanism, the integrity of the educational system. |
