Title of the article | The bridges estimated safety maintenance with a glance of statistical failure analysis and initial damage |
Abstract. | Problem statement. The purpose of the study is to develop an algorithm for assessing the operational probability of failures, which allows us to quantify the safety of exploitation of bridges by the variability of the system reliability indicators. Results. The main results of the research are the development of the concept of practical use of the accumulated statistical data on the failures of structural systems and the initial damage to the elements of bridge structures, with respect to certain types of calculations and life cycle stages for a supposedly significant feature related to the causes of the failure. Conclusions. The significance of the results obtained for the design and reconstruction of road bridges is the ability to rank technical systems at the actual level of reliability and optimize decision-making procedures for the reconstruction of bridge structures. |
