| Abstract. | Modern approach to planning is a basis of organizational and technological decisions and cannot be realized without utilizing modern information technologies in modeling of building and construction works object. One of the programs designed for building such models is Spider Project. During years 2005-2007 in building of fourth transportation dam in Kazan, technical supervision was conducted with the employees of Kazan State University of Building and Architecture department of «Bridges and transport tunnels» and Technical and Scientific center «Bridges» participation. Using a newest software in organization of Millennium bridge building in Kazan, namely software package Spider Project, allowed to complete a building in time and with required quality of performed work. A practical experience of using building organization and management modern methods by means of Spider Project software in building of Millennium bridge in Kazan shows the efficiency of utilizing such programs by building companies. It necessary to notice that proper organization of work has allowed them: First, to save financial expenditure by timely accomplished building work and overhead cost reduction; Secondly, to control the performance of contract obligations on providing construction site by materials and attraction of man power; Thirdly, to effectively react on current changes during a bridge building and to account possible risks. |
