| Abstract. | This article presents the architectural spatial analysis of landscape and main natural components of Kazan governorate based on upper landscape tier with the detailing various levels, from historical places till tracts. When describing the indicators of the impact on the landscape, first for this territory, held its’ typing on the principle of dominance in design space. Identified and fixed the most important and suitable for tasks of urban engineering zoning. On the results of investigation the total estimation of the degree of favorability for resettlement is given, are determined the least and most adapted to these aims territories. |
