| Title of the article | Analysis of the balance of strategic development of the main branches of industry of the RT |
| Abstract. | Construction – an integral and vital component of the national economy, which is linked to all sectors of the economy. The article considers the situation of the construction industry concerning the whole complex of the national economy of Tatarstan: oil and gas industry, power industry, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, chemical industry, construction, transport, light industry. In the work we conduct the analysis of the totality of branches of a national economy of the RT on the basis of the BCG matrix. It allows to classify the industry according to their market share against its main competitors, and the pace of annual growth in the industry. The matrix makes it possible to determine which sectors are in a leading position in comparison with competitors, allows you to perform the preliminary allocation of the strategic financial resources between sectors. Position on the matrix are called «stars», «cash cows», «wild cats» (or «question mark»), «dogs». The construction in Tatarstan are related to the sector «stars», i.e. brings considerable profit, but in need of funding to maintain growth at an appropriate level. The analysis, conducted with the use of another tool for strategic analysis – «Model of porter's five forces» shows that the situation in the construction industry as a whole is favorable for the further development of «stars». However, before construction organizations arise challenge. First of all, it is necessary to form a project-oriented management system, establishment of links between research, innovation and the process of their implementation in construction, needs a housing policy, oriented on the needs of the population. |
