| Title of the article | Realization of a system approach to the analysis and risk management in the investment and construction sphere |
| Abstract. | The system approach being universal methodological remedy of the scientific analysis has the special substantial characteristics in each concrete subject domain. Thus as the first of them high-quality identification of the device should be accepted. The second obligatory requirement is reflection of all essential aspects of manifestation, character and extent of influence of the identified risks on concrete processes. In the investment and construction sphere processes of functioning of the member enterprises and productions differ the increased uncertainty and the wide nomenclature of potential risks. Some of them have universal character and take place in any situations of business activity (legal risks, economic risks). Other risks are specific, for example, those connected with influence of surrounding environment. Respectively, it is necessary to execute ranging of risks on the basis of definition of probability of their emergence. One more obligatory methodical requirement is that, risk analysis always should be carried out in administrative aspect as prevention and minimization of risks represents one of the most important tasks of any system of management. The finishing methodical requirement consists in need of the quantitative assessment, its objects are the risks, loss of the various substantial nature caused by them, a resultant damage, and especially important – efficiency of actions of a risk management. |
