| Abstract. | Within the limits of the present article authors will consider the problem realizations of the rights to objects of intellectual property in the form of realization of the rights to the objects representing industrial and commercial interest of the third parties. Realization of the given rights will allow to create financial base on maintenance of own programs of strategic development, and also will allow to increase level of own means of the enterprise. At change of the approach and object of consideration possibility on increase in cost of business on the basis of non-material actives is created that in addition represents mortgaging weight which can be used in maintenance of extra means. |
