| Title of the article | The mechanism of realization of the policy of low housing construction in region |
| Abstract. | The aim of the work was to develop a mechanism for implementing the policy of low-rise housing in the region. The article identified the main way, criteria and instruments to implement the regional policy of low-rise housing. The article presents the main indicators of the implementation of the regional policy of low-rise housing. The participants of the regional policy of low-rise housing were identified. As a result of the work the organizational and economic mechanism of formation of low-rise housing policy aimed to ensuring the effectiveness of its functioning in order to implement the policy of low-rise housing in the region was developed. In this case, the basic mechanisms of the regional housing policy should be: regulation of the housing sector through regional legislation, tax policy and institutions development, promotion of housing innovations and members of the housing policy through housing programs, consolidation of resources and participants in the areas of development through demonstration projects. The organizational-economic mechanism of molding of policy - these are the complex institutional system of the activity of construction complex, the ensuring effectiveness of its functioning for purposes of the realization of policy in the region. Organizational-economic mechanism determines principles, methods, order of planning investment activity, and also structure and authorities of the organs, which coordinate investment processes in the territory of region. |
