| Title of the article | Realization of efficient employment’s technologies for graduates of engineering university |
| Abstract. | The article is devoted to the problem of forming the efficient behavior on the labor market of the graduates of engineering university. This type of behavior requires effective employment procedure, the adaptation at the new workplace, building a successful career. The basic knowledge and skills of the effective employment are revealed. They are the knowledge of the labor market of Tatarstan, ability to find the work, development the professional qualities, design a successful career. Such knowledge and skills are among the common cultural competences of graduates of engineering university. The examples of training forms of efficient employment’s technologies are described in the article. The training is one of the forms of active learning. Training sessions of learning employment’s technologies combine theoretical and practical exercises. They include different issues such as preparing for interview, writing a resume, business communication skills, self presentation, time management, business image and others. Such kinds of training were performed for engineering and vocational training graduates at Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering. The article might be interesting to the employment department specialists, graduates, post-graduates and teachers of engineering universities. |
