| Title of the article | Methodological bases of formation of investment appeal of enterprises in housing and municipal complex |
| Abstract. | The aim of the work was to examine the methodological basis for the formation of the investment attractiveness of housing and communal services. The article denotes the basis of formation, development and operation of the housing and communal services. We identified three groups of companies operating at the present time, characterized by interdependence as well as adequate autonomy. It is established that the operation of housing and communal services in the current economic climate, which is characterized by high investment risks. Therefore, to increase the investment attractiveness of housing and communal services it is necessary to introduce mechanisms to reduce risks. In this paper we analyzed the production process as the basis for the formation of housing and communal services management option. Thus, under the current conditions are the most productive organizational and economic mechanisms to ensure coordination of the interests of consumers and government in the housing and communal services. The application of the new, more advanced organizational-economic methods of control, that principally differs from those utilized until recently, must consider that the system of administration is the totality of that controlled and manager of the subsystems, interconnected by one primary task ? the guarantee of a user accessible, qualitative and safe. Is examined the characteristic of production processes during control of the objects of real estate (assignment of housing services), and also the characteristic of production processes with the municipal guarantee and resource supply of the objects of real estate. |
