| Abstract. | Investment-building complex plays an important role in the economy , because the efficiency of its operation largely determines the pace of recovery as well as the competitiveness of the entire national economy. The analysis of the real estate market and the global financial crisis governs the need for a strategy of investment management, taking into account the relationship of economic growth rates and attracted investment resources. There is a need to create an innovative strategy for managing investment and construction activities. |
