| Title of the article | Theoretical prerequisites for the creation of housing standards in the field of construction and repair services |
| Abstract. | One of the key challenges facing the building complex of Russia, is to improve the quality of construction. Quality of construction products – the main factor affecting the cost of construction, efficiency and durability of objects. Insufficient attention to quality leads to higher construction and increase in operating costs to maintain the required technical condition of the constructed object , deterioration of necessary amenities and comfort for the living, and in some cases – to accidents substandard constructed buildings. Quality control of construction products is considered verification of conformity of quality products to the requirements, which are recorded in the project standards and specifications, delivery contracts, product data sheets and other documents. Control tasks consist in preventing defects and defects in the work and ensure the desired product quality. Necessary tools, able to protect the life and health of citizens from substandard construction products, as well as reduce the overhead associated with the elimination of defects in the construction and operation of facilities, are forms of government regulation of quality construction. One of the most important of these tools is the building control (technical supervision) to track the technological sequence of construction works. |
