| Abstract. | Most developed countries have changed the course of its development, with «unlimited growth» on the way in the framework of sustainable development. One of the main instruments for sustainable development of civilization is ekodevelopment. Analysis of the implementation of a framework ekodevelopmenta abroad indicates the presence of rich experience in the implementation of «green» projects and mass application of international standards for evaluating the environmental performance of buildings and their subsequent certification that shows the relevance of this area. Ekodevelopmenta standards designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce operational costs in phase, to ensure the economic and social wellbeing of the population, etc. The format ekodevelopmenta value of the building not associated with the analysis of the cost of construction, and the cost of resources to the assessment of the object for the entire life cycle.
