| Abstract. | The compositions of cement-fiber composite material of earlier studies we have developed for the production of cement-fiber plates with improved physical and mechanical properties and durability. Just study the effect of active mineral and chemical additives on the hydration of the binder and the physical and mechanical properties of cement-fiber plates, studied features of formation of structure and properties with builders, optimized process parameters for their manufacture. This paper describes a manufacturing technique and organization of production of cement-fiber wet process. The technological production line which includes the following process steps: fuzz fiber material, mixing it with mineral aggregates, cement and water, molding, pressing, hardening, machining. The required staffing designed for the organization of production. The production process has a direct impact on the financial results of the organization, so it is necessary to evaluate the probability of occurrence of events that could lead to its failure. The estimation of risks of production. Spend a SWOT-analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the project.
