| Title of the article | On the issue of improving road marking methods |
| Abstract. | Problem statement. The aim of the research was to improve the working process of road marking, aimed at reducing the time and financial and material costs in the performance of these works. Results. To solve these problems, it is proposed to apply the geopolitical method of marking road marking on the basis of minor modernization of the structure, with additional equipment of the existing road-marking machine KONTUR-700TP. As a result, the process of applying road marking is accelerated without reducing the quality of the work performed. At the same time, the number of working brigades is reduced and the influence of the man-machinist in the process of applying road marking is minimized. Conclusions. The construction of the existing road-scribing machine KONTUR-700P has been modernized (retrofitted). The technological features of its application are described. The comparative cost-effectiveness of the proposed technology and development is calculated. It is established that the introduction of the proposed method and modernized equipment is economically profitable (~ 24 %) compared to the applied methods of road marking. |
