Title of the article | Scientific investigation of organosilicones compounds influence on fibrocement slabs characteristics |
Abstract. | In this article you can see results of experimental investigations of organosilicones compounds influence on the pore structure absorption of water and limiting wetting angle indexes of fibrocement slabs based on cellulose fibre. We put 0,1-0,2 percent of the mass of cement methyl siliconates potassium and polyphenyl ethoxy silicones admixtures which made in «Himprom» (Novochebocksarsk) for volume hydrofobisation. Uppebound hydrofobisation was made by impregnation of methylsiliconates potassium’s aqua solution (3-50 %) and polyphenyl ethoxy silicones kerosene solution (3-50 %). It has been established that quintessential degradation of absorption of water was observed if we add modificator-polyphenyl ethoxy silicone in quantity 0,15-0,2 percent of the mass of cement. In assays with admixtures we can see that indexes of gross capillary space, opened out capillary pores, opened out noncapillary pores appreciably are going down, but conditionally closed pores and index of microporosity are running up. Contemporaneous degradations of total porosity give rise to redistribution of opened out noncapillary and conditionally closed pores volume. Thus, investigational organosilicone compound is one of the most effective hydrofobisation waterproofing material for fibrocement slabs. |
