Title of the article | Prospects of anomalously accelerated synthesis of crystal phases at liquothermal-active baking of mineral raw materials |
Abstract. | Work includes results of clay minerals baking using essentially new method: in reactive heat-transfer fluid – salt melt. This of aluminosilicate raw material baking is registered by two copyright certificates. Process of anomalously accelerated and non-shrinking synthesis of high-temperature phases of layered silicates was observed at them (LTA)-baking in salt melts, since formation of new crystal phases in initial raw material – non-deformable synthesis was first discovered. It was impossible to detect similar phenomenon out of this baking method (synthesis). The possibility of production of nonshrinking (non-deformable) materials with advance given properties was shown. Samples of layered aluminosilicate most actively react to LTA-baking. Thanks to wide spectrum of selected polymineral clays (different mineralogy, granulometry and chemical composition) regularity is revealed: «It was found phenomenon of volume, anomalously accelerated and nonshrinking (non-deformable) synthesis of neogenic crystal phases in the field of them stability from layered silicates (mineral raw and technogenic formations) in liquid active medium (salt melt), which takes physicochemical interactions at melt temperature and atmospheric pressure». |
