| Abstract. | The technique of a management strategy choice is developed at uncertainty of conditions of climatic parameters of environment. Comparative researches of efficiency of criteria of optimum strategy of the enterprise of housing-and-municipal sphere are conducted. The matrix of game with the nature of the enterprise of the housing and communal services is developed, allowing to carry out the detailed analysis of possible strategy on the basis of a principle of maximization of the income of the enterprise taking into account probability of adverse events. |
