Title of the article | Electrochemical quality of recalculating water |
Abstract. | In this article is described the results of investigation of quality stabilization of circulating water. It is concerning the industrial water, containing the ions of heavy, black and color metals. The electrochemical method with insoluble titan electrodes is used for this purpose. The cathode process play basic role in given method. For current density 3-5 A•dm-2 pH near cathode region reach to 7,0 units and most ions of metals are coagulating and above it. In these conditions most ions of metals are hydratizing and coagulating with form insoluble sediment. Summary value water pH is maintaining near constant value, for account the anode process. Method does not provide clean water to the normative values corresponding to pure water. He maintains the concentration of metal ions at an acceptable level, in terms of technological standards. It is the cause that the method named as electrochemical method for quality stability of circulating water. For practical use of the method are two possibilities. The first option is the production of an independent system. In a second embodiment, the electrode units are mounted in the existing system capacity. The second option has the advantage because of the lack of a special installation. |
